This is the list of the anime I've seen entirely. It's growing constantly since I watch a new anime every chance I get.

Dragonball: Evolution (live-action movie) Awful Everything the anime had is no where to be found in this movie. I can list about 10 things they got wrong while making this movie.
Brain Powered (TV) Not really good Don't be fooled by the fanservice in the Opening Theme Song. Cause there's hardly any in the series itself. The problem I had with this series is the poor portrayal of characters and it took forever to know what was happening in the story. It's hard to believe Sunrise would produce such Medicore.
Happy Machine (movie) Not really good I usually don't like it when the infant is the protagnogist unless done in a great way. In this case it wasn't that appealing of an anime short.
Fist of the North Star (live-action movie) So-so This tv movie makes the anime look weak. The sets are two dementional and doesn't at all feel like the entire earth is a waste land. Plus it bothers me how Gary Daniels speak with a British accent when Kenshiro had no such accent in the anime.
Kodocha (OAV) So-so It's basically only covers the Akito's fued with his family chapter of Kodocha. Unlike the TV anime, this one doesn't have any slap stick humor or random-ness. Those who love the TV anime will find the OVA to be very dry.
(The) Ring (live-action movie) So-so Nothing spetacullar about, I felt the characters and story needed improvement.
Black Rock Shooter (OAV) Decent I couldn't get into the plot that well. Maybe it was because I felt there were two unrelated plots happening at the same time.
Casshern (live-action movie) Decent I love the gritty atmosphere and large landscapes that creates a very unusual look to the film. The CG is really good, while the main complaint I have for the film is the idea of Casshern not wearing his trademark helmet. You do see the helmet in one scene, but his head is bare throughout the whoel film. To me he doesn't look right without his helmet.
Clockwork Fighters Hiwou's War (TV) Decent The story is ok, but those who hate whinning kid characters will be tortured by the ones in this anime.
Dark Water (live-action movie 2005) Decent Not bad for a horror film, on the plus side it has good effects as well as some great scenery. On the down side, some of the characters aren't as memorible and people will tend to over look this in any horror catergory.
Doozy Bots (U.S. TV) Decent It's an interesting spin-off even though there's only a promo for it. Which isn't too hard to find, just don't expect it to be anything like in the other Gundam related series. Don't be fooled by claims of there being un-aired episodes because there aren't any, the promo is all there is to this series.
Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (US CG movie) Decent I know that every Final Fantasy game is different, except this one is like watching typical sci-fi B rated movie with Final Fantasy elements added to it.
Lupin III: Chi no Kokuin Eien no Mermaid (special) Decent For the first Lupin anime to include a cast change, this is a weak start for the new cast members. It's watchable since it's Lupin related, except I felt it could of been a whole lot more. It only prooves that these TV specials on Lupin are becoming stale in recent years, if they really want to make more of these, then they need to focus on hiring a good writing staff.
Lupin III: Strange Psycho-Kinetic Strategy (live-action movie) Decent An interesting attempt for a live action adaption of the anime and manga. Except the director and writers seem to try too hard in balancing slap stick and realism. Plus why couldn't they get someone casted as Goemon for this one?
Lupin III: The Legend of the Gold of Babylon (movie) Decent The weakest Lupin anime theatical film ever. If it wasn't Lupin related I could care less about it.
Male (movie) Decent Not much to say about this short film.
Mermaid (movie) Decent Most bland of the Tezuka shorts.
MURAMASA (movie) Decent Not really the best Tesuka short film as this doesn't seem like something he'd make.
Nadia - The Secret of Blue Water: The Motion Picture Decent I tihnk what made this movie suffer was the ridiculously long flashback scene and none of the original staff members were involved with it's production. Plus the story for this movie seem unoganized and it was like the staff never watched the whole TV anime. This movie only prooved what you should never do to try to continue a TV anime. Fans of the TV anime will hate it dearly.
One Piece: Chinjō Shima no Chopper Ōkoku (movie 3) Decent
One Piece: Episode of Chopper + Fuyu ni Saku, Kiseki no Sakura (movie 9) Decent I didn't care much for this one, probably because the way they change the way Chopper first met the Straw Hat Pirates was weird.
One Piece: Open Upon the Great Sea! A Father's Huge, HUGE Dream! (special) Decent
Panda! Go, Panda! (movie) Decent
Panda! Go, Panda!: Rainy Day Circus (movie) Decent
Pokemon: The First Movie Decent
Sonic X (TV) Decent
Tenchi Muyo Movie 2: Daughter of Darkness Decent My least favorite Tenchi movie, not the it's awful it's just I didn't care much about the story it had in it.
Unico: Short Story (movie) Decent
3D Magical Play (OAV) Good A 3D version of the Mahou Yuugi series.
Aeon Flux (live-action movie) Good Like the tv series, except Aeon wear slightly less revealing clothing for the movie.
Astro Boy (U.S. movie) Good While it does retain the robot civil rights which has always been the subject of all Astro Boy related stories. I felt this movie could of had some improvements, because I think the Imagi team were trying too hard in Americanizing it to resemble other average CGI movies in America. Some Astro Boy fan might be disappointed with it though.
Baki the Grappler (TV) Good A good ol' fighting anime that focuses on a kid who only wants to be as strong as his dad(who is the most fierce man on Earth).
Big Windup! (TV) Good I don't enjoy baseball, but I do enjoy the story for this series. It prooves that a team can be successful if the pitcher and catcher are in good terms with each other.
Blue Gender (TV) Good This is a very underrated sci-fi horror series. Which is known for having a morbid and sexual themes combine. Keep in mind to not get to close to some characters in this series as there is a lot of death scenes.
Blue Gender: The Warrior (movie) Good Basically the same story except a few changes to some of the deaths.
Burst Angel (TV) Good An entertaining mecha/girls with guns anime. Except I don't have the heart to say that the ending was 100% perfect.
Burst Angel: Infinity (OAV) Good This is an OAV that serves as a continuation of the back story of Meg & Jo. Including how Jo got her hair short in the first place. So in order to watch this you'd have to watch the entire tv series first.
Case Closed The Movie: The Time Bombed Skyscraper Good Not bad for the first movie of Detective Conan, except the plot was much simplier than what the title implies. Plus it wasn't that much of a mystery on who the bomber was.
(The) Cat Returns (movie) Good An entertaining sequal to the beloved "Whisper of the Heart". Those who love Baron will like him even more in this movie.
Chameko’s Day (movie) Good
City Hunter (live-action movie) Good The only time you'll ever see Jackie Chan cosplaying as Street Fighter characters.
Detroit Metal City (OAV) Good I love it despite it sometimes going too far in vulgar humor. It's bound to stand out more than other OAVs out there cause what's more appealling than a guy who becomes a different identity when dressing up as a death metal musician.
Doorbell (movie) Good This one is define with deja vu and experimental films.
Dragon Ball GT (TV) Good Not perfect, but still an enjoyable series. The best part would be the previous antagnogists making a cameo.
Dragon Ball Movie 1: Curse of the Blood Rubies Good The first movie isn't much, but watching it uncut is way better than the censored version.
Dragon Ball Movie 3: Mystical Adventure Good This is the only Dragon Ball film to have a complete redo of most of the character's roles and backgrounds. But it's also a bit confusing for an alternate retelling.
Dragon Ball Z Movie 12: Fusion Reborn Good Fusing two character together at it's best.
Dragon Ball Z Movie 1: Dead Zone Good Actual prequal to Dragonball Z featuring Garlic Jr. who later appears in the TV series.
Dragon Ball Z Movie 3: The Tree of Might Good A good movie, but not one of the best of the DBZ franchise.
Dragon Ball Z Movie 4: Lord Slug Good An entertaining invasion from a renegade Namek.
