Shinichi's quest to restore himself to his regular age is never ending which can be grating overtime. So is the repetitious nature of the murder mysteries that he and his friends seem to conveniently find themselves getting into for each episode of the show.
Seen 85 episodes of the series. The non-linearity of the show is what ultimately led me to drop this as it was getting too taxing for me to keep up with. But still, the comedy and writing to many episodes was clever and funny in most instances granted that the show retained focus on Lupin's thievery, focus on one of the gang members/ Zenigata or dealing with some criminal threat. The episodes that got too out there with some sci-fi or fantasy element were turn-offs for me. If you've got the patience to plow through the show's 100+ episodes, I'd say this second Lupin TV anime is worth a look.
