5 Centimeters Per Second (movie) Excellent An amazing story about love and partings. I highly recommend.
Aa Megami-sama: Tatakau Tsubasa (special) Very good Sadly this has not been released her in America to my knowledge nor will it as far as I know but if you are a fan of the series it is an awesome two episodes. Over all if you like the series this is a must see.
Aeon Flux (live-action movie) Good I really like this movie, however truthfully i haven't seen the animated versions or comic so I may not be the best judge however, even if you haven't seen the others this movie is still good.
Ah! My Goddess (TV) Good From what I've seen this is a love or hate show when it comes to the fans. I personally liked it, I feel for the characters and though the plot was admittedly lacking a bit it was ok over all. My recommendation is to watch a little and judge for yourself.
Ah! My Goddess: Flights of Fancy (TV) Good If you like the first season then I recommend this series whole heartedly. If you didn't then avoid it like the plague.
Ah! My Goddess: The Movie Very good Completely different from the show as far as story is concerned, but is very good in my opinion good story and you wont be completely lost if you haven't seen the series but you will have a few WTF moments.
Air Gear (TV) So-so Personally the series isn't that bad if you haven't read the manga. If you have read the manga I would say don't bother watching this because it isn't that good comparatively and the ending is SO CRAPPY.
Akira (movie) Excellent one word: AMAZING. This movie is a must see by any fan of anime. If you have seen it then I tell you to go get the manga too because believe it or not the manga is even better! and that's saying something
Angel Beats! (TV) Masterpiece one word: AMAZING! I absolutely love this show: great music, wonderful (though short) story, characters that I actually gave a crap about. everything I could ask for. Highly recommended.
Angelic Layer (TV) Very good This series pretty good for what it is. This is one of the few shows that I think is better than it's manga counterpart. Overall if you like chicks fighting one another in a tasteful manner then watch this.
Appleseed (movie) Very good It's an amazing movie in both story and visuals. It's got some of the best CG in a movie I've seen in a while.
Appleseed: Ex Machina (movie) Good While keeping up with the first movies awesome visual appeal this movie was kind of a let down to me in the story department. I feel that over all the first movie is better but this one is still pretty good. It just caught that sequel disease.
Banner of the Stars (TV) Masterpiece The Second in the Series. This series was a godsend to me because I honestly didn't think the first could get better. This series expands on a lot of events that happened in the first series and of course more awesome space battles.
Banner of the Stars II (TV) Masterpiece Third in the series and the last to be released in America. This series is slightly different from the others in the fact that it focuses more on the ground than space, however still very good and expands even further on the relationship.
Banner of the Stars III (OAV) Masterpiece The last in the series is these 2 OVA were never licensed in the US but if you can get a subbed version by all means do it. I thought that this also left a kind of cliff hanger but did give more closer to the series than Banner II did. I personally loved it and it really put Jinto and Lafiel's relationship in perspective.
Betterman (TV) Decent This series is kind of bland. It's good at points and just below average in others, over all I liked it but felt that it had the potential to be so much better.
(The) Big O (TV) Decent One of the first anime's i watched it still holds a spot in my heart. Over all it is a good series and very mysterious. A must see for any giant robot fighting fan.
Bleach (TV) Very good One of the longest series I've ever seen, as a matter of fact the just topped 200 not to long ago. If you have the kind of patience to watch it all you wont be disappointed, at least you wont if you skip the filler arcs, which I highly suggest you do.
Bleach the Movie: Fade to Black (movie 3) Weak Sigh...another one of these pieces of crap. In short this follows all the other Naruto/Bleach/pick an anime movies, aka IT DOESN'T FOLLOW ANY RULES SET IN THE UNIVERSE....in short it's an action packed eye pleaser that isn't even intended to do anything else. in short bad story no real meaning but looks good.
Bleach the Movie: Memories of Nobody So-so The first movie and out of the ones I've seen the worst of them all. It's not bad over all it's story is moving and even heart wrenching at the end but compared to the the rest it just doesn't cut it.
Bleach: Memories in the Rain (OAV) Not really good This is just a remake of one of the episodes from the series from another point of view with some very slight alterations. Not a must see by any means but if you have some spar time go right ahead.
Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion (movie 2) Very good The second movie and by far better than the first. We not only get some back story on Hitsugaya and we also see an new side of him, not to mention more amazing fight scenes that the show is known for.
Bleach: The Sealed Sword Frenzy (OAV) Decent This ova isn't a remake like the last one but it's not that great in my opinion this is a skip unless you are really bored like I was.
Blood+ (TV) Good I liked this series as a whole. I liked the story and was able to understand it without having watched the previous series. If you like bad ass action and a girl kicking ass then it's a good show to watch.
Blue Gender (TV) Excellent This is still one of my top favorites. I've had some people say that they didn't like the ending but in my opinion it has one of the best endings I've seen because it gives so much closer. I absolutely live it and recommend it.
Blue Gender: The Warrior (movie) So-so This movie isn't that bad but if you haven't seen the series I would tell you to go watch that because it's so much better.
Blue Submarine No.6 (OAV) Excellent Though short this is an astonishingly good series. Topping out at 4 episodes it still feels like a full series to me, though I still wish that they would make more. I highly recommend.
Brighter than the Dawning Blue (TV) Masterpiece Again a beautiful story if a bit cliche. Loving story but not much action for those action obsessed people. Also the only show to ever throw a curve ball at me in terms of an episode I thought was filler (btw I HATE filler more than almost anyone) ended up being one of the most important in the series: in short my only response to that was O.O "but...but...but....I was wrong. THAT'S NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE!!!"
Buso Renkin (TV) Excellent I loved this series, I felt though there were some overused cliques here or there it was original and addicting overall and amazing anime and worth it to watch
Cardcaptor Sakura (TV) Very good I really like this series. It's a bit lacking in the action sequences sometimes but the story is really nice, though admittedly a bit kiddy, it does have some more grown up parts though. over all it's on a fan by fan basis but i loved it.
Cardcaptor Sakura The Movie 2: The Sealed Card Very good This is a must see for anyone that likes Cardcaptor Sakura. This is because unlike most anime movies this one continues the story on from the end of the series and gives more closure. It's very well done and as i've said a must watch for any cardcaptor sakura fans.
Cardcaptor Sakura: The Movie Very good A good movie that any Cardcaptor Sakura fan would like but not as "must see" as The Sealed Card. This movie takes place somewhere in the middle of the series and gives more depth to Clow while also have a decently compelling story that was enjoyable.
Castle in the Sky (movie) Masterpiece A MUST SEE FOR ANY MIYAZAKI FAN. This film is my absolute favorite Miyazaki film, followed closely by Mononoke. This film is compelling, well animate, beautifully voiced, and everything else you would expect from a Miyazaki film and so much more.
Chrome Shelled Regios (TV) Very good This series surprised me on many levels. It was well animated, the action was awesome, the background story was good. The main problem was that for a 24 episode show it did a crap job of explaining stuff, there was one name that kept being reference that was never explained, not one hint at what it means or who it is. I love the universe and everything about this show I just hate its presentation in terms of explanation.
Chrono Crusade (TV) Masterpiece Ok I can't recommend this anime highly enough. It is the only anime to ever actually bring me to tears. Great characters that I fell in love with, amazing story, and well put together. In short if you love anime with a good story watch this!!
Claymore (TV) Very good Ok so I'm finding it hard to rate this show. In short I love it because it has awesome story awesome action and the such...then we get to the end of the series...fine it builds up a good climax, ok this fight is sweet, ....WAIT, THAT WAS THE END OF THE SERIES?!?!?!?! in short it has absolutely no closer which as I've been experiencing a lot lately is quickly becoming one of my biggest pet peeves. all in all good show crap ending.
(La) Corda D'Oro - primo passo (TV) Masterpiece I've very rarely seen a show as beautiful as this. There isn't any action in it for those action lovers but it's got LOTS of amazing music in it for music lovers, not only that but it's story actually revolves around the music. on top of that its story is everything, and it does it well. It's characters and story are beautifully done, A must watch for drama fans and music lovers.
(La) Corda D'Oro ~secondo passo~ (special) Masterpiece As an extension of the first season as it is only an ova, it fits the story of the first as well as the FMA: Conqueror of Shambala fits that series. pretty much just read the review for the primo passo and that works for this as well.
Corpse Princess: Aka (TV) Excellent I love this show so much, great action, interesting characters, good story, in short everything that I can ask for.
Corpse Princess: Kuro (TV) Excellent Now this season has everything that the last season has except for one important thing. Again one of my pet peeves IT DOESN'T HAVE A F**KING ENDING, it has a cliffhanger as an ending so if that doesn't bother you please watch.
Crest of the Stars (TV) Masterpiece First in the series. This series in my opinion has some of the best space fight scenes I've ever seen. This is in my all time favorites list and will never leave. The story m be kinda slow at parts and a hair outdated but it's still good.
D.N.Angel (TV) Decent Ok so this show is based on a manga written by a person that can't seem to finish an idea before moving on to another project that in turn isn't finished either. It follows the manga pretty well up to the last 2 episodes or so then it gets stupid REALLY quickly, but up until that point it is amazing and I recommend at least reading the manga.
Darker than Black (TV) Very good I watched this show at the request of a bunch of my friends because they called it on of the best shows they ever saw. However after i watched it I found it to be meh at best, decent story, characters that almost try to make you uninterested in them, and overall just par in my opinion.

Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure (TV) Very good Now this show I'm a bit bias towards as it was one of the first anime I ever saw, so please bare with me. This show has a very unique story, and when I say unique I mean UNIQUE, as in if any of you see a story like this please let me know I'd love to see it. It's characters are lovable if a bit strange, and it's action scenes are fairly well done for it's age, the show is short and admittedly confusing I find it great and recommend it to most anime watchers though it might not be for the newcomers to anime.
Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventures Special Very good Ok this episode just confused the crap out of me, though it doesn't help that I'm writing this after not having seen it in a while =P short and sweet if you watched and liked the series watch this, if not don't that simple.
Eden of the East (TV) Masterpiece Ok this has to be one of the most original shows I've watched in a long time with great characters and a story like no other. It doesn't really have action though it does have a fair amount of suspense. The show itself is wonderfully animated and just visually pleasing. great show to watch, recommend.
Eden of the East: Paradise Lost (movie) Masterpiece Basically everything I've said about the series and the first movie applies here. If you loved them you'll love this and so on, I personally had a bit of a yelling match with my TV over the ending as I was slightly put off by it but it's FAR better then most shows I've seen still.
Eden of the East: The King of Eden (movie) Masterpiece The first of the movies for the Eden series and if you're worried that these will be like most anime movies and not actually mean anything for the series then be assured that they aren't. These movies actually are a kind of season 2 for the series and are a continuation of the series. Basically if you loved the show you will continue to love this.
Escaflowne: The Movie Decent
Eureka Seven (TV) Excellent So this show is one of those that I watched on TV first before actually getting the entire series and let me tell you this show is the worst I've ever seen when it comes to missing one episode and suddenly it's "WTF IS THAT? WHO ARE YOU??? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?!?!?!" but it's well animated, great story, it has some really nice plot twists, and characters that you love/hate but by there own merits not because they are poorly made. It is a touch on the long side with 50 episodes but it's well worth it if you find you like it after the first 5 - 10. over all I would say try it.
Eureka Seven - good night, sleep tight, young lovers (movie) Excellent ok before we go anywhere let me make this clear: this has NOTHING to do with the series in terms of story, yes the characters are all here but the story is COMPLETELY different. Though in my opinion it is still great everything is on par with the series in terms of story, characters, etc. so if you like the series chances are you will like this but even if you haven't seen the series you could still get by with watching this.
Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone (movie) Masterpiece Let me start off by saying that this movie is beautiful beyond words. If you love the series this movie is right up your ally. In general it's a complete retelling of the first few episodes of the series without to much changed. other that that words can not begin to define the amount of win contained within this movie period.
Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance (movie) Masterpiece This movie is where the remake starts to deviate from the original show but to put it as simply as I can: I DON'T CARE BECAUSE IT'S AWESOME. This movie makes a complete change from the series in most aspects with the addition of new characters and changing around the role of others but this movie again is made of so much concentrated win that it almost makes my eyes bleed.
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (movie) Excellent If you are going to watch this movie please watch the special edition blue ray version as all the other versions have giant freaking plot holes but still look great, the blue ray versions however with it's extended scenes fills in most of the holes and gives is more Cloud v. Sephiroth win XD however you most likely will have wanted to play FFVII before watching this though it isn't necessarily needed will make your head hurt less from the WTF moments
Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (US CG movie) Excellent Now I tend to have many debates with people over this movie. I personally love it, it looks great, the characters are flush and not too 2D (I mean this as there personality not the actual animation style). The biggest complaint I here is that it doesn't feel like a Final Fantasy, which I disagree with as it fills every rule that has been laid out for all the FF universes, even the "there shalt always be a Cid" and such rules. but even as just a movie and not a FF it is a great visually striking movie.
FLCL (OAV) Masterpiece If you are reading this review then this implies that you have not seen this series, and as far as I'm concerned this is a sin against nature. now stop reading this and go freaking watch this show NOW!!!!

Fullmetal Alchemist (TV) Masterpiece Absolutely fan freaking tastic. A must watch for any and all anime fans, simple as that.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (TV) Excellent This review is pretty much the same as for the first FMA but my insistence that you watch this is that much larger because it is based on the manga which is better in my opinion.
Fullmetal Alchemist: The Movie - Conqueror of Shamballa Masterpiece One of the only movies that i've seen that fits with the series almost perfectly and if anything finishes the original FMA series perfectly
Geneshaft (TV) Very good This show is fairly good in terms of overall universe is very nice. The action scenes leave something to be desired but my main problem with this series falls on the ending, again one of my greatest pet peeves is bad endings, other than that the concept was well implemented and I like the series as a whole.

The animation was well done, the story, while easily explained and you understand practically everything within the first few episodes, is kinda unique in its own way. honestly this show would have had a higher rating from me if the ending didn't make me rage from the fact that it left a plot hole that could very well end life in the universe T_T curse you writers for going for overly happy endings that don't make since in the series

Kämpfer (TV) Decent Ok this is a hard series for me to rate. For one it has a wonderful idea for a story and for the most part it pulls it off, however toward the end of the series they hit you with a curve ball that barely makes any sense in terms of the story...but I'll let that slide for it is completely overshadowed by the fact that this series has by far the worst ending of any series I've ever seen; not because it was poorly animated or the story fell through, no, no, it sucks because they literally don't finish it. I mean really they just figure out who the main enemy is, they have a small (yet admittedly awesome) fight, the enemy gets away, series ends.........WAIT WHAT!!!!! they don't tell you the crap is going on, the enemy is still at large, a literal war is about to start and it freaking ends. Overall if you are looking for a series that is funny and has a decent story line but can deal with the ending I've described then by all means this show is awesome, if you are like me and like at least some form of coherent ending then watch this show at your own risk, you have been warned.

Mobile Suit Gundam 00 the Movie: A Wakening of the Trailblazer Decent Ok I'm not going to lie. This movie is freaking terrible! The only reason I gave it a 'decent' is because it lives up to the action that is expected of a Gundam show/movie and it has mild (and i do mean mild) character development that adds to the end of the series. HOWEVER this doesn't make up for the fact that the overall story sucks, I mean come on people this could have been done better or at least not as cliche. Most of the characters have done a 180 from the end of the last season, and some people (I won't use names for those that haven't watched it) have their entire relationship reworked and end up with someone else that horribly screws up what happened in the second season. Oh and don't even get me started on the fact that they utterly ignore Marina and Setsuna's relationship completely until the epilogue which in of itself is a horrible ending for that couple but it also doesn't give any closer to many of the other main characters. And for any other doubts and for those that still want to watch this or doubt me...please try to explain the GIANT FREAKING SPACE FLOWER for I thought that was by far the stupidest thing I have ever seen and it was never explained what it is or how the crap it got there and trust me this isn't a spoiler, you'll never guess what the crap i'm talking about till you see it. All in all i think this is a movie that should only be watched by die hard fans and everyone else should just pretend it doesn't exist...Like I wish I had.

Moribito - Guardian of the Spirit (TV) Masterpiece Exquisite beyond words. This anime has action, story, characters that are developed, I think the only thing I didn't like about this anime is that it didn't bake me cookies T_T (i really wanted those cookies) but this is one of the only anime I can't really come up with a complaint for off the top of my head it's just amazing and one of my most highly recommended shows. On top of everything though the main character is a woman and on to top it off for all of you people that like a strong women lead character she kicks *** and takes names like a boss XD

On top of that the resolution of the problems at the end leave so much unanswered questions. In closing I find it well done animation but under performing story.

Great show over all everything that I normally look for in story, though I HATE Black Star with a passion of a thousand suns .... make that ten thousand actually, I love the rest of the characters. the thing that gets me is that it has the second worst ending to an anime I have ever seen, second only to Kampfer, I mean really how the HELL did this past the writers better yet the editors and everyone else, it is complete and utter crap. pretty much just watch everything but the last episode and just make up an ending and your set XD
Spirited Away (movie) Excellent
Summer Wars (movie) Masterpiece Dear god I can't recommend this movie enough. I was reluctant for the longest time to watch it because it just looked strange and honestly the previews don't do it justice, but when my friend got it and wanted to watch it I gave in and I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy I did. This movie by the halfway point had a permanent spot on my top 10 list but by the time I finished it, it made top 5 easy. I would describe it's win here but I'm scared I might spoil something for you and I can't let that happen so just GO GO WATCH THIS MOVIE.........NOW!!!!!!!!!!!
