AIKa R-16: Virgin Mission (OAV)
Akane Maniax (OAV)
The spinoff to KimiNozo/Rumbling Hearts. Since FUNimation has the R1 license to KimiNozo, I'm hoping that they will obtain the rights to the spinoff. It would make sense.
Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka (OAV)
Aria the Natural (TV)
The second season. They haven't made any formal announcement yet but I believe the Nozomi did indeed obtain the rights to the second season.

Mahoraba ~Heartful days~ (TV)
I became interested in this series from the Anime on DVD Moe Invitational Tournament that was conducted in January 2006. The main female lead Aoba Kozue was a participant in the tournament. I like her design, and both her description and the overall concept of the series seems very interesting.

Ah My Buddha (TV)
Have seen Episdoes 1-8.
Air (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-4. I won a free copy of Vol. #1 from the Anime on DVD Guessing Game contest back in June 2007. The DVD was autographed by voice actress Kelly Manison.
Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka (TV)
Have seen Episode 1 and parts of Episode 6.
Aquarion (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-4 at ColossalCon 2006. Another series that I liked watching during ColossalCon. I'm pretty surprised that FUNimation acquired the license for Aquarion since it's pretty rare for them to obtain mecha anime series.
Aria the Animation (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-7.
BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-10.
Blood+ (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-26 on Adult Swim.

Chobits (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-8.
Claymore (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-5.
Comic Party: Revolution (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-4 at a local screening. Basically the same stuff as the first series, but the English vocal performances are horrendous. The artwork looks too cartoonish than the first series. Most likely I'll be renting out this series.
Cowboy Bebop (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-9.
Coyote Ragtime Show (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-8 thru renting. A fun series to watch, but it doesn't have the same charisma as the show it's trying to emulate, Cowboy Bebop.
Cross Game (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-2.
Ergo Proxy (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-12 thru renting.
Figure 17 (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-3.

Have seen Episodes 1-5.
Ichigo 100% (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-8 at ColossalCon.
Innocent Venus (TV)
Have seen Episode 1 on a Newtype USA sampler DVD.
Kamichu! (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-8. From what I've seen thus far and from reading Carlo Santos' review of Volume #1, KamiChu! most definitely have that Spirited Away feel to it, and I'll forgive the lip-flaps (which disappeared in Vol. #2) as long as the English acting continues to be as stellar as it was in Vol. #1. The animation and backgrounds are simply gorgeous; might be the best-looking anime series I've watched since Texhnolyze. As for the dub, I definitely love Megan Harvey's Yurie; very sweet and sincere, and enjoyable to listen to, just like her performance as Hisa in R.O.D. Looks like it's safe to say that we may see more lead roles for Ms. Harvey in the near future. She definitely has the talent to take a lead character and turn in a masterful performance. The rest of cast's performances sound very good as well; thus far excellent directing work by Patrick Seitz in this series. Highly recommended.
Kannagi: Crazy Shrine Maidens (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-4 via ANN.
Kanon (TV 2/2006)
Have seen Episodes 1-4.
Kodocha (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-24. Hilarious series with some dramatic overtures that doesn't draw away the attention of the comedic elements. Sana is a very zany character, and I immediately loved her from Episode 1. Laura Bailey is doing a marvelous job in providing the English voice for Sana, especially the difficult rap sessions that are Sana's trademark. Sana's rap sessions IMO sound better in English than in Japanese.
Koi Koi Seven (TV)
Have seen Episode 1 from Gong Native via Joost.
Kurau: Phantom Memory (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-4.
Linebarrels of Iron (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-3.

Magikano (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-9.
MÄR (TV)
Have seen Episode 1 on Toonami.
(The) Melody of Oblivion (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-4 thru renting.
Mobile Suit Gundam Seed (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-30
Mushi-Shi (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-10. Watching this series is somewhat similar to watching The X-Files as the stories all involve some supernatural presence in one form or another. The concept of the mushi is very intersting, and the lead character Ginko is very mysterious, but goes about his duty as a mushi master with determination and sincerity. Clearly this title is one of the best series to come out in 2007. Very highly recommended, especially if you're a fan of The X-Files or of the supernatural.
Nanaka 6/17 (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-8
Negima!? (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-4 thru FUNimation's website.
Ninja Nonsense (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-6. So far this series is very hilarious. Personally the Japanese track is funnier than the English track, but I like the comedic chemistry that Emily Blau (Shinobu) and Zoe Martin (Kaede) portrays in this series up to this point. Sean Schemmell's outrageous performance as the perverted Onsakumaru thus far gets my vote for Best Male English Vocal Performance of 2006.
Petite Princess Yucie (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-5 at Ohayocon 2007.
PetoPeto-san (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-4 at ColossalCon
Planetes (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-9
Pocket Monsters: Diamond & Pearl (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-34. Finally, a Pokemon series that's actually worth watching!

Have seen Episodes 1-23.
Pumpkin Scissors (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-4.

Agent Aika (OAV)Very good
Ai Yori Aoshi (TV)Very good
All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku (OAV)Excellent
All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku DASH! (OAV)Weak
Unlike the first two series, Nuku Nuku Dash carried a more serious tone to its storytelling and its characters, and unfortunately for me it was because of this that it became a major disappointment. Basically, turning the lovable Nuku Nuku from a bubbly high-school redhead to a more sophisticated and older housemaid pratically destroyed all of the charm and charisma that both the original OAV and the TV series generated. While I enjoyed the Nuku Nuku OAV and TV series for its comedic timng and quirky characters, I could never grasp the more serious nature of Dash.
Amazing Nurse Nanako (TV)Decent
I would have rated this series higher if the creators paid more attention on developing the unusual circumstances involving Nanako's anatomy and the issue with cloning. Instead, they tried to turn this into a sex comedy, and it tainted what could had potentially been a great series.

Duel Masters (TV)Bad
This title is in my Series to avoid like the plague section. Please refer there for my comments.
Excel Saga (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-5 thru renting. While the Excel Saga manga is one of my all-time favorite books, the anime version doesn't have the same appeal and zaniness that the manga displayed. Excel is too annoying in animation form, whereas she's more stable in print. Plus, the anime version has two of the most obnoxious characters I've seen in Nabeshin and Pedro. (Luckily they're not in the manga.) Another knock against the Excel Saga anime is that it doesn't contain arguably the best character in the manga version - Elgala!
Ghost Stories (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-4 thru renting. I might consider finishing this series someday, but at this point I don't plan to. I watched the episodes in Japanese and I felt that both the concept of the series and the voice action was very weak and boring. I didn't listen to the English track, but I am aware of the controversy that surrounded it. Not surprising since Steven Foster was the ADR director of the English track, and he has a reputation for making unconventional decisions.
Inuyasha (TV)So-so
Overman King Gainer (TV)
Have seen Episodes 1-5. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue with this series or not. I won Vol. #1 from a contest my anime club cunducted, but from what I saw in those first 5 episodes, it seemed like a below-average mecha anime series. The opening sequence was the weirdest thing I saw since FLCL.
