Baccano! (TV) Excellent Extremely good, but after the first episode don't panic when you have no idea who the 50 characters introduced were. Stay calm and carry on. The collaging effect grows on you. Probably going to be the sleeper hit of this year.
Battle Royale (live-action movie) So-so There was an intense cult built up around this movie in my high school, so perhaps it was inevitable that I was disappointed when I finally saw it. The plot "twists" were not very interesting and I felt there was at least one major plot hole which spoiled my belief in the ending.
