Usually I've seen more than a few episodes of things on this list. If I intend to watch it through, I will leave it here regardless of how long its been since I saw an episode.

Ai Yori Aoshi (TV) Good I don't know why I started watching the series, but I got hooked after the first few episodes. This is another one of those girly animes. Its a romantic story about two childhood friends falling in love. Of course, being anime, he has to have a harem follow him around.
Azumanga Daioh (TV) Excellent Clean-cut comedy, t hat has me laughing out loud. Only complaints: perverted teacher that wont stop spying on the girls, the dream episode.
Bakemonogatari (TV) Very good Well reviewed. Series composition by the same person responsible for Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei
Beyond the Boundary (TV) Good Fairly generic high-school anime where a few of the main characters moonlight as Ghost Hunters a la Kekeishi and Yu Yu Hakusho. It has the same character designer as K-On (one of the main female characters resembles Mio). Female lead is interesting in that her power requires her to form weapons from her blood, which afterwards makes her anemic and hungry - also interesting in that she's not super confident, which is different.
Black Bullet (TV) Magic children are used to fight some threat that once nearly wiped out humanity. I don't know what to make of this one yet.
Darker than Black (TV) Good Well-made action show. Has some of the same vibes as Witch Hunter Robin. This show has music by Yoko Kanno which is always a plus. Well developed characters and a solid narrative that is both episodic but carries overall themes throughout the series.
Descendants of Darkness (TV) Decent This show is about dead people who fight vampires and things. It is a wierd show that I found on a whim when I was just randomly downloading anime that looked interesting. That's also how I found Ai Yori Aoshi...
Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu (TV) Good I've seen about 3/17 episodes of this, its basically FMP without the military element. This seems to have taken the comedy of having a military jarhead in a normal school to a new level. ^_^ Very entertaining.
(The) Future Diary (TV) Interesting premise, the main character thinks the god of space and time is his imaginary friend; but it turns out he's real. After making some offhand comment, the god creates some kind of deadly contest using the contestant's diaries. The diaries show the future and update as players deviate from what's written.
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (TV) Good I started watching this, but stopped when I couldn't find any more DVD's in stores. I'll pick it up again one of these days.
GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka (TV) Good When I picked this up, I didn't know that the main voice actor was David Lucas/Steven Blum. This show is amazing, though sometimes a little dirty. I've seen about half of it and I really recommend it; english dub preferred!
.hack//Liminality (OAV) Years have gone by and I've still only seen half of these. I need to just bite the bullet and finish this out. They're not half bad.
Hellsing Ultimate (OAV) Very good I was devastated to learn that the latter half of this wasn't dubbed. I saw the first four episodes of this and as crazy and over the top as it was, this was one amazing action show. The characters are spunky and relatable, the battles are epic, and the plot is fast-paced. Crispin Freeman (Alucard) puts on a top performance. I will be happy when the rest of this is dubbed - but half the reason I'm watching is because of his performance. Excellent so far.
(The) irregular at magic high school (TV) The main character is highly talented but doesn't test well in magic, so he's placed into a lower tier at this school, whereas his sister who is in the same year tests into the upper tier. Conflicts mainly center around the conflict between the two tiers of students. Interesting so far, and different from other high school anime I've seen.
Is This a Zombie? (TV) Good While this show is heavy on the fan service, I enjoy the characters. The English dub, while a bit embellished, captures the humor in the dialog. Conflict in the show centers around the supernatural, particularly Lady Helsythe who is the necromancer that resurrected the main character.
Kasimasi - Girl Meets Girl (TV) Decent I started watching this thinking it had a Ranma-esque premise. Yes, Aliens turn this girly guy into a girl, but then from there on out, it became this Yuri love-triangle. And his/her dad turns all perverted on him as well. I wasn't expecting much, but I can't believe I'm watching a show like this. -_-
Knights of Sidonia (TV) Young pilot has lived underground his whole life and passed his days in a mech simulator. His grandpa dies and he's forced to return to the surface. Being related to a famous pilot and having considerable skill, he's drafted into piloting. I'm unclear if it's an academy or just an extracurricular activity. Interesting so far (2 eps in)
Last Exile (TV) Good Gets a little slow at the start, but this adventure should be watched if only for the artwork and world design. This uniquely steampunk world is ruled by Victorian-esque nobles who command fleets of airships. This is one of those shows that takes its time arriving at the main plot. Just enjoy the ride. (This show had a great dub)
Legend of the Galactic Heroes (OAV) Good I didn't think I was going to like this. The first few episodes overwhelm you with a wall of names and characters that you think you need to be paying attention to. But this is merely a symptom of a show that's overly faithful to the original material (not necessarily a bad thing). This show turned out to be an excellent political and military drama. It has tactics, diplomacy, relationships, and war. I highly recommend it to anyone with a decent enough reading level to follow rapid-fire subtitles. Well worth the investment.
Mobile Suit Gundam UC (OAV) Very good This is the highest quality Gundam show I have seen. Excellent animation, soundtrack, voice acting and story. Carries all the original Gundam themes and stays true to the Universal Century canon.
Monster (TV) I saw roughly a third of this before losing track of where I was. Truly epic and worth seeing. I need to get back to this.
Naruto Shippūden (TV) Decent While initially there was hope that advancing the plot several years would provide more mature characters and serious stories, Naruto still is full of filler. There are some really awesome moments, usually when they're telling canon plot from the manga, but these scenes are few an far between. The rest is filler or flashback after flashback. I wish they would have more concern for the quality of their product and not just maximizing their profits.
No Game, No Life (TV) Very good Guy and his kid sister are gaming addicts. They're whisked away to a land that revolves around playing games and placing bets. Smartly written, though the Loli jokes are kind of getting old.
Space Dandy (TV) Good From the creator of Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo. Watanabe and his team have done it again with a smartly written comedy that is both varied and light-hearted. I'm enjoying it so far.
Tiger & Bunny (TV) Decent Watching this as it comes out. In the last 40 years, some people have suddenly manifested superpowers. Tokyo is now experiencing a crimewave, and has created a reality TV show where sentai-like superheroes, sponsored by various corporations, compete to catch criminals and save citizens. This looks to be a farily light-hearted show so far.
