Favorite action Rating Comment
Black Lagoon (TV) Excellent
Bleach (TV) Very good
Claymore (TV) Excellent
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (TV) Excellent
Cowboy Bebop (TV) Excellent I know this is more of a space opera, but there is a feeling to this series that leaves me wishing I can just take off and have an incredible journey of my own. The Bebop might not always land in the prettiest of places, but the journey is the real adventure.
Dragon Ball (TV) Very good
Eureka Seven (TV) Very good Vast open spaces and enormous battles; every episode I saw just told me that this is what an action adventure should be.
Full Metal Panic! (TV) Excellent
Hajime no Ippo (TV) Masterpiece
Hunter X Hunter (TV 1999) Masterpiece There are many shounen titles that can be considered action titles, but this one has the distinction of adding real adventure too. Several episodes I began with a smile on my face as I imagined where Gon might wander to next.
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (TV) Very good I know, I know, it is a magical girl series. But this is a magical girl series with a real edge, and the action is top notch. It will never win out as my favourite magical girl series, but it is the best one when it comes to both action and adventure.
My-Otome (TV) Very good
My-Otome 0~S.ifr~ (OAV) Excellent
Rurouni Kenshin (TV 1996) Masterpiece
Trigun (TV) Excellent
