Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (manga) So-so Review #7 Date: 19 June 2009. Man, I just couldn't get into this one. Miyazaki touches on the exact same points he makes in the movie, but drags/draws it out on a much bigger scope in the Nausicaa world. So with that in mind, I just couldn't be bothered to fight through the art style, which completely bogs itself down in detail, to care for seeing the same thing twice. NOTE: Read 2 volumes.
Kyo Kara Maoh! (manga) Not really good Review #5 Date: 13 March 2009. I read the first volume of this one from my library and it made me chuckle a few times, but it feel flat for me overall. Even though it's a parody, it tried to get serious toward the end and it just seemed like I've read this story before. Meh.
NORA: The Last Chronicle of Devildom (manga) Not really good Review #4 Date: 3 March 2009. I only read the one chapter preview in Shonen Jump. It seems like they are a lot better Shonen manga to spend my time on.
Monster (manga) Very good Read 7 volumes.
Fairy Tail (manga) Not really good Read 6 volumes.
Yu-Gi-Oh! (manga) Not really good Read 4 volumes. First part of the series is Jojo's Bizarre Adventure for kids. I'm not kidding.
Black Cat (manga by K. Yabuki) Weak Read 2 volumes.
Shaman King (manga) So-so Read 14 volumes.
Death Note (manga) Decent Review #1 Date: 3 March 2009. Meh, I read a bit of this when I really into the Death Note anime, but just like I got tired and disenchanted with the anime, so too did I get disenchanted with this one. Read 1 volume (vol. 5) and bits of various chapters.
D.Gray-man (manga) Weak Read 10 volumes.
Dragon Ball (manga) Very good Review #2 Date: 3 March 2009. The series is a lot more fun without the bad pacing that's so prevalent in the anime series. I stopped at the end of the Dragon Ball seeing as how Viz did too many edits to Z. Read 16 volumes.
Kingdom Hearts (manga) Not really good Review #3 Date: 3 March 2009. This one is rather boring, even for a big Kingdom Hearts fan like me. While it'll certainly appeal to the younger fan base of the Kingdom Hearts franchise, the older crowd is much better off sticking with the games. Read 1 volume.
Attack on Titan: Junior High (manga) Weak
K-ON! (manga) Not really good
