Looking to promote your convention on one of the largest Anime websites in the world? Would you rather advertise for free instead of spending thousands of dollars ?

Anime News Network is making a special offer for advertising available only to anime conventions located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

We'll give you free advertising, worth up to US$1250 on our website in exchange for a full page ad in your convention guide or program.

The great thing about this deal, you can wait till your advertising deadline and trade an unsold page in your program for advertising on ANN. It will bring more exposure and more attendees to your convention.

The way it works is simple, we'll give you advertising of equal value to the advertising you offer us, at your advertised, undiscounted prices. So if you have a page worth $1000 in your program, we'll give you $1000 worth of advertising on ANN. What's more, we'll give it to you at the following discounted rates: Rectangle: $4.00 CPM or $6.00 CPM geotargeted to the state(s) of your choice (strongly recommended)

So $1000 worth of advertising would get you 500,000 rectangle impressions. Our preference is for your highest visibility pages, your back cover, an inside cover, etc... But we understand those tend to be sold to corporate sponsors first.

You pick the page that you want to trade. Just send us a copy of your media kit and tell us which page it is that you want to trade. Tell us also what day you want your ads to enter ANN's rotation and what day you want them to stop. Provided everything is okay, we'll send you back login information so that you can upload your rectangle(s). When the program guide has been printed, send a copy to the address below.

What we need from you:

1. A copy of your digital media kit;
2. Tell us what page you want to offer us (preferably a full page, full color);
3. A list of states and/or provinces you want your ad(s) geo-targeted to, if any;
4. The dates you want your ad(s) to run;
5. A copy of your printed program guide when it is available.
