I find it amusing that in that Top 10, three of them have vampires play strongly into the story. (At least, I'm pretty sure there is a major character who is a vampire in Soul Eater.)

Yu-Gi-Oh! is still going strong, it seems. There's not much to like about the 5D's manga unless you play the card game or have already seen the show, since it's pretty much the anime stripped down to just the duels (from what I've read so far). So strong manga sales for it, I'd say, would be signs that the franchise as a whole is still strong.

I was wondering when Black Butler vol 6 would make it's way onto the list! ...but then I realized that the official release date was last week, huh? I guess the preorders were shipped early again :3

Don't forget Black Bird. It's not about vampires per say, but blood-drinking bishonen demons is as vampire as you can get.

Usually the same manga keep making the list...
Black Butler not making it is weird though.

But Black Butler is at the top...It's didn't not make it; it beat everything else.
