Does anybody know why Princess TuTu is delayed/canceled? I was realy starting to enjoy the series and looking forward to watching it over the year.

Or perhaps this is just hype, pretended scarcity because vol. 1 didn't make its numbers. ADV may just be relying on our reactivity. I vote we wait and see.

You may be right, but at least I'll e-mail ADV and let them know that I support the series and would like to see it continue. It's a lovely show, I'd hate to see it disappear.

Actually, it just occurred to me there might be a logical explanation for the delay. Perhaps Wally from the Dilbert strip is now working for ADV and is in charge of Princess Tutu. Wink

Tutu isn't cancle. It's just delay because of technical issue. Don't worry, this is one of thier top titles.

It is indeed one of their best titles, but there is the fact that magical girl shows generally don't do that well in sales. :(

I'm definitely keeping my hopes up and that the issues with Vol. 2 will be fixed soon. I've been waiting to collect this series for a long time, and now that ADV has started out very well with the first volume (with an excellent), I'm really looking foward to getting the rest. I will be extremely disappointed in ADV if they don't get the series out.

I hope that they get this taken care of because I just saw the first episode and enjoyed it very much. Wonderful use of Tschaikovsky.

Says who?

In terms of sales, it's nowhere near one of their top titles. In terms of quality... well, that's subjective.
