Casting no presumptions over their content, one expects that the extra four minutes will account for a noticeable difference in price.

Except that the article says there is only one release, which contains both versions.

Personally, I think it's pointless to include the 15 version if the 18 version is included anyway, as that means the certificate of the release itself goes up to 18.
