I knew Haganai was getting licensed from the twitter hints that Seven Seas mentioned. I did not get the Mayo Chiki hint, but yea I will get both of these when they come out.

Interesting. Both them are still on-going in Japan. My worry is the sales aren't that great in the US and Seven Seas drops it.

I was super excited when I saw Haganai, until I saw it was the manga and not the LNs. I should've known because Seven Seas has completely dropped LNs. But, one can hope. But, I will still probably read the manga.

I guess it makes sense for Mayo Chiki to be licensed in manga form as it appears that someone in the US have likely already licensed the anime considering MVM will be releasing it over here.

If I had to guess I would say Sentai either will license it, or has licensed it but not announced it yet.

They've always been a niche licensor in NA. They do decently enough, as a few of their titles do pretty well (Railgun, Dance in the Vampire Bund, Toradora).

I think they could be doing a lot better if they tried to be a bit more active in getting newer/popular series, but they manage alright for a company of their size.

Anyway, two nice titles. I'm not a huge fanservice/rom-com fan, but I'll certainly pick them up regardless.
