The English title of entry "#1", Angel Links (TV), is dated 12 February 2002. (I realize that the first entries were entered at the same time, in alphabetical order.) Here's approximately what the entry looked like on 15 October 2002:

Searches of the news and elsewhere reveal these:

• "At long last, we launch!" ("Letter from the Encyclopedist", 30 June 2002)

• "One Month's Worth of New Knowledge" ("Letter from the Encyclopedist", 31 July 2002)

• "Happy Anniversary, Encyclopedia!" (1 August 2002)

So, any plans for a celebration?

I think that this is something definitely worthy of front-page acknowledgement, given how massive an endeavor it has become.

Words cannot express my love of and devotion to the ANN Encyclopedia. I consult it more than Woody Allen does his therapist.

• Error reports?
• Anime titles awaiting approval?
• Manga titles awaiting approval?
• Duplicate companies/persons/titles?
