| Broke and went to grab Sayaka from HLJ, only to discover they'd run out, so I ended up getting her from Anime Island. Ended up getting four emails out of that: an order confirmation, a registration confirmation(NB: they email your password in the clear, so definitely use a new password) and two receipts from their payment processor. A mite amateurish, but as long as they've got shipping down I can let it slide. | ||||||

| Well, since the Black Butler LE II just came out this week, I took advantage on using the TRSI Spring Break code. I also got Spice and Wolf GN vol 4 (behind on this), and preordered Pokemon Black and White GN vol 7. | ||||||

| I decided to take advantage of RightStuf's current sale to help catch up on some more manga. The fact that they put a series I was eyeing in the weekly specials only made the deal sweeter.
Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi Nerima Daikon Bros. Vol. 1 (yeah...it turns out the $5 NDB pack I got off shawnek's Amazon shop was just Vol 2 + artbox. Still, now I can work on getting the volumes with the ADV notes and commentaries, so it all works out.) Tenhjo Tenge Omnibus 1 (I admit, this is normally not my kind of series, but I've heard so many people praise Oh!Great's artwork that I was curious enough to give it a shot) Kimi no Todoke GN 1 Ouran High School Host Club GN 1 (which is actually the second time I've bought this, as my original copy accidentally got mixed in with a bunch of manga from the library and got 'returned') The Story of Saiunkoku GN 6 |

THe figure was a 1/8th Figure of Rise Kujikawa by Wave Corp. Orig. release 2009, recent re-release for Feb. 2012. The figure was recently delisted from the site (the orig. status was "order stop"). Otacute has it on backorder "status, and Playmoya has it with significant markup. I've been getting very vague answers from HLJ so I am worried. Apparently, those who pre-ordered from amiami got it shipped already, albiet about 2wks to 3 wks later than orginal restock date. |

Lol, I probably shouldn't have rushed to buy that previous order I posted. Just read a newsletter from RACs today, and apparently I probably would've been able to save 10 bucks compared to right stuff because the the spbreak12 coupon on RACs would have applied to all items in stock....(unlike TRSI). Even with 12.99 Fedex ground vs TSRI cheaper priorty usps shipping, I prolly still would have saved. Although ironically, if I didn't wait for Black Butler to become "in stock" (since I thought I might have been able to use the sale coupon on it), I probably would have saved more money. (albiet not as much as RACs, unless I'm misinterpreting the coupon notice).
Well....theres a lesson for me. |
