| Huh, quite a bit earlier than I expected. I was thinking September or October. |

That's if it is picked up. Considering Bandai had the first season, Sentai had the second, it's definitely a plausible pick up if sales went well.

Well movies, generally come out 6-7 months after they air in theaters. It came out in December, so sounds about right to me...then again, this is KyoAni we're talking about. *looks at Disappearance* |

This was true over here in the USA for the longest time then about 2007 or 2008 they started releasing dvds/blurays 3-4 months after theatre releases. I loved K-ON season 1 but not season 1 because they spent too much time being depressed.....the first time I watched it. Then I rewatched all of it back in March and it was A LOT better when watched in a spree. I got all excited because the movie came out in Dec or around there and was expecting a Fall release for the dvd/bluray. I'm curious as to why Japan is still taking so long with the dvd/bluray releases compared to pretty much the rest of the world.... |

More K-On is good K-On! Or should I say "moe" K-On.... . Anyway, I expect Sentai to pick this up. If there are English subs in the Japanese release, I'm not expecting a US release on BD. We will see. |

Oh I have no doubt that it'll eventually get licensed. Season 1 sold very well, and pre-orders for season 2 have been very strong over at RightStuf. I'd say it's just a matter of time, really.

That still remains to be seen. A lot of people were thinking Eureka Seven AO wouldn't get a US release, but that was recently proven wrong. Now, as to whether FUNi will be able to release it on bluray is another question, but we'll just have to be patient in that regard. |

| I'm sure this will get dubbed, so the sooner it releases in Japan, the sooner it will be released in the US. But i'll watch it subbed online ASAP. |

Well there was at least a reason why they chose that date in December for the release of Disappearance, even if it wasn't a good one. :S |

| I'll probably be importing the LE BD and watching one of the fansubs, while I decide whether or not to buy a future US release... |

And now we watch as when it comes out, the otaku will come in droves, picking up maybe multiple copies.
Time to sell maybe 40,000+ copies total? |
