This "Dice-K" guy sure is one heckova fan.... I would never want to go to space, but that's just me...
If I did go, however, I wouldn't wear a costume ;

That made my day.
"Hail the order of Zeon!!!"
Hell with 20mill I would dress up as Sailor and shout Sailor moon lines until they eject me from space.

Somehow, I totally saw this coming ...
The mainstream media bungles one pop culture tidbit and the instinctive fanboy reaction is to nitpick at them for it.
Hey, Pavlov called, he wants his dogs back.

Well, If it was me I would dress up in a costume similar to Captain Harlock.Just seems a little more appropriate to me.(even though he was a space pirate lol). But like everyone else here except maybe one or two of you sorry I was skimming your posts I found this to be extremely funny.

This is the greates thing I've ever herd. But think, this is only the beggining...
(AP Dec. 19, 2007)
Space Tourism has been taken to the next level this week as Otaku 1, the worlds first and only theamed spaceship has lanched from Cape Canveral. Anime, a form of animation from Japan, has been growing in popualirty in the US and today it was cemented in this maden voyage of this anime theamed spce craft. Going on this maden voyage are 5 fans who have all paid $30 million dollars to go into space and are goind to dress up as there favorite charcters, also known as cosplaying. The people are...
1. Bob as Spike from Cowboy Bebop
2. Dave as Shinji from Evangelion
3. Suzie as Bulma From DBZ (you know, from the Namek Saga)
4. Jenny as Lain (In the anime Lain, there is no space travel. However. Jenny just dosent give a F***)
5. Becky as Armitage
It is official ladies and gentleman, the world has gone to hell.

Maybe there's a vacuum in the space shuttle that sucks you in from space.

Err... Are they gonna leave a guy dressed as Char Aznable into a spaceship in orbit? And then get to the ISS?
Are we talking about the same Char "I'm gonna throw this couple o' rocks into the Earth" Aznable?
Uh-oh, people, start moving off Sidney... (thankfully I barely buy my Zeon/Zion Flag on time to the Operation British).
On a more serious point of view, I wouldn't be surprised if he said something like "See you Space Cowboy"... even if it's not Gundam. But if he start talking about the evilness of gravity, start running.
