It'll only be a matter of time. So far things have been going good for these types of film releases. Just wish it was being screened at this year's NYAFF (NY Asian Film Festival). Really don't want to wait a whole 3-6 months for a screening. The only festival that would screen it is the NYICFF (gkids).

20/1 it's funi they did have a lot of success with summer wars unlike bandai. plus it's gkids who worked with funi earlier on the previous film.

No, not Viz. That guarantees it will be edited if it ever gets in the movie theater.

I think the English-language license announcement (subtitled and/or dubbed) is being held back until they make the announcement at Anime Expo 2012, which is only a couple of weeks from now!
