Shame that egoist's response got deleted, that post was hilarious.

I replied to this in the Anime sub-Forum. |

I have seen some interesting responses to my post so I'd like to respond. If Tite Kubo was going to have a "Bleach" adventure set in the U.S.,he would have to take account of the fact that Christianity is the main religion here with a sizable Jewish following. Shinto may be the main religion in Japan but has few followers in this country. I imagine that he would portray the American Soul Reapers as looking like Christian angels with their wings, white robes, and would probably have Western swords as their weapons of choice.
I don't know if he would include halos in this depiction but that's how I imagine Tite Kubo portraying Soul Reapers in this country. He might include a white version of the Japanese Soul Reaper costume for Japanese-American Soul Reapers or something else for the different ethnic groups that populate this country but I think that by and large he would probably portray American Soul Reapers as looking like Christian angels.

Snomaster1, you're really doing a good job of demonstrating why people are irritated by you.
If you really want to start a serious discussion on the theological implications of Bleach...that's fine, I guess. Especially if you regularly engage with the discussion, like normal person.
But if you're just going to use it as a spring-board to say "Hey guys! Wouldn't it be cool if there were a version of Bleach set IN AMERICA? Here's my portfolio of ideas! What do you guys think?"
Well, no, that's pretty aggrivating if you ask me.
And though I'm using that as an example, this discussion is going WAY off topic. |

| Forgive me,shenl742. I wasn't trying to be a bother. I got so wrapped up in the response that I went off-topic. I wasn't trying to be a bother. Just wanted to make sure I was understood. |

| I'm pretty certain that Snowmaster1 is, by no means, trying to change. This thread was created purely to get all of you to talk to him, and you're even talking to him about what he wants to talk about. |

And I can confirm that you're off-base on those comments, Rhyono, as I know quite a bit more about what's going on than you do. Let's just leave it at that for now.
But the others are correct that this is not the right place for such discussions, Snomaster1. |
