I would expect there to be a lot more female anime fans in general than male, but I suppose this site is an exception.

Though this site is exceptional, why would you expect that?

If we were talking about manga or cosplayers instead of anime fans, then yes, but anime has always been dude-heavy. Many recent anime are too busy trying to hide their plot holes behind mountains of boobs to worry about any female fans.


Side note: "mountains of" or "mountainous" ?Wink

CR seems to be pretty balanced in that regard. And I'm talking about their anime section. Let's not even get to Korean drama and music (ewww).

That's a question that I've been wondering myself for quite some time. Confused I thought that there would be just as many females as there are males here, but it seems that this website may be simply male-influenced. Of course, I could be wrong about that...
