| Great to see a character from Simoun get some props on a list like this (although the spelling of her name in the official English subtitles is "Aer"). She's not one of these over-the-top stand-outs, but she's definitely good and reliable in a fight. |

Agree on Kazama Shin and I would take Maximilian Jenius over Ichijou Hikaru any day. |

I'd like to second this sentiment. Simoun gets mentioned so rarely for any reason and the show had some pretty good air battles in it. |

| I'm saddened by the absence of Max Jenius on the list. I would have also included Amuro Rey, since as far as I'm concerned, is a much better pilot than Char. |

I'd have to agree. Char is a great pilot, just he is a better politician and manipulator. |

I know right? The rest of them seem pretty awful, aside the one where men would be treated like kings by catgirls... but I'd still choose Aqua. |

I'm guessing Char probably got top spot instead of Amuro because he never second guessed piloting a MS(like Amuro does in Z Gundam). Seems like a lot of the Gundam pilots had trouble piloting after their "big final battle" throughout the franchise.

Yeah, kinda scratching my head on some of the choices. DBZ's pick gets destroyed, so why pick a planet that you know gets wiped out? If there's going to be a choice where men are treated like kings, why not Girls Bravo's planet Seiren, where the male population is 10%? |

This is the biggest omission in my opinion. Kazuma proved his worth in aerial battles over and over throughout Area 88. |
