Raftina, rule 5f means that your 160x90 picture is illegal. Sure, the total number of pixels is more than 10,000, but I've always interpreted the rule to mean that both axes must each be a minimum of 100 pixels.
It doesn't seem like a hard picture - unless there's a trick I have a fairly good idea of the show and character - but it is still technically illegal (and the low resolution is rather annoying).

That is correct.
Rule 5f says nothing about using a thumbnail link that's smaller than 100x100, which I use for large original images that do not admit of resizing, e.g. a dark one such as this one. |

Correct. I believe it's just an SD scene, though. |
