At this point, Sentai & Crunchy need to just come out and admit their business relationship. It's pretty obvious they have SOME kind of agreement going on.

I love the sound of this anime.

But 3/4am (I'm not good at daylight savings) is way too early for me.

They have, several times...

Sentai has publicly confirmed that Crunchyroll pays them $$$ to be able to simulcast stuff first before it streams on TheAnimeNetwork.

Companies in the UK and Australia also help fund Sentai's dubs since they want English audio included for their releases too.

Of course, they're probably cozier than Sentai's official proclamations on the matter suggest, but they likely don't have a thing like Funico going on.
