The actual avatar is from a shot in Manpuku Jinja's PV, All That's Beautiful in the World (花鳥風月). It's an interesting piece of work, with a really great sense of shot composition and visual space. I get the same feeling from it that I get from the Daicon IV Opening Animation. If only Manpuku Jinja would make their own Honneamise...

Didn't want to get rid of Senjougahara, but I just couldn't pass up this shot of Momiji from Binbougami Ga!

the Momiji avatar, that appears ti be from the ED song, I really like that song, and a lot of the pictures in it are really classic.

Decided to break away from the anime vamps for my Halloween run for one week. Was going through my files and found my collection of Grimm's Fairytale pics so I wanted to use this sexy Red Riding Hood pic I have for an avatar. Unfortunately the jpg format was too big for hre so I had to down grade to a gif format. Still nice though.

Well... Pokemon clearly came out in the US (I got White this time) and Pokestar Studios seems to be a side thing I'm kinda liking. Unlike the contests where I'd have to breed Pokemon for it (for personality) and do all the poffin bs to actually be able to win top levels, ugh.
The costume contests are ok though, putting a top hat on a Snivy is both adorable and awesome, but this kinda reminds me of when I think in the Pokemon TV show, Ash and co made a movie (I know Misty did an underwater play once) and it kinda reminds me of that, so I'm going with a sprite from Pokestar Studios!

And Bulbapedia just told me something fun! spoiler[If you make a "strange ending" (by not following the script) with one of your own Pokemon, it becomes a star and gets a "shiny" animation when coming out!] I have just got to go try that!

While stuck on a image board(in otherwords wasting hours finding anime pics) I found this part of a larger picture and thought it was both funny and fitting of both the character and my username.

Yeah I drew the glasses...poorly...with a laptop mousepad...

Well time to continue with the Halloween themed avatars. Moving on from the ladies to the guys now. First up is Abel Nightroad from Trinity Blood.

So I changed my avatar to a different picture of Sakurano Kurimu from Seitokai no Ichizon. Feeling a bit pissed off over the second season's first ep taking a while quite some time to sub, and feel like shaking off the relaxed one. This one was taken from the first episode where Kurimu alks about how they have to make changes due to changes between media.

I just changed my avatar from the previous Natalia from Fate/Zero to Revy from Black Lagoon.

I watched every single episode including the (rofl) specials and Roberta's Blood Trial OVAs from the series last week and really enjoyed it. I'm hoping this Fall's Jormungand: Perfect Order will be good as well.

They should make a season 3 of Black Lagoon...

Edit: Oh I just realized it's been exactly 3 months since I last changed my avatar before checking beforehand.
