Do you know if there's any news on a Nichijou release date?

They have been pretty quiet about it. It's very possible that they are waiting on an English dub getting produced in N. America. Otherwise the series would likely been released already (like Gosick).

We're now moving it to January. This will mean that we will get the BD as well but that will be spread across 3 releases at $39.95 instead of $59.95. The DVD will remain unchanged. 2 sets at $59.95. It works out to be the same price but we save on some production costs this way.

Now they're just showing off. Because of the region difference, they get to release Japanese and Eng audio in 9, 9 and 8 episode BD releases rather than two sets of a 9 and 4 BDs.

I'm jealous, simply jealous. I'm not even that interested in the show, or wasn't, I just like the simplicity of their release.

^I'll definitely consider that one if I don't hear anything from Funi about it in a year or so.

FUNimation still hasn't put the streaming episodes back on their site. With that said, they recently updated the series site. There is a good chance that either they will be streaming the episodes again and/or will be getting home video rights. Until we hear something more concrete, it's a wait and see...

- Hi, I was just wondering if you guys have any idea when Nichijou - My Ordinary Life is going to be released (or if it's ever going to be released for that matter). I've been waiting for news regarding that show for a long time and frankly, I'm starting to get a bit worried.

- Hello, we are aiming for a March release at the moment but stay tuned for the official announcement.
