NEWS: Power Rangers Megaforce to Premiere on Nick on February 2

I found Goseiger enjoyable. I the problem is it follows Shinkenger which was an incredibly strong entry. Likewise, Gokaiger was another very strong entry. So it's sandwiched between really two good series so it gets a bit more flak than it deserves.

well then since this will be the 20th of power rangers series with megaforce going so far back to it roots for a new generation.

wonder how will go on feb 2?

So far,I like what I see with "Power Rangers Megaforce." I hope someday they'd bring in a Japanese character to sort of honor the Japanese side of the franchise. I'd really like it if they did.

Cameron Watanabe
Mia Watanabe (unrelated to Cameron)

Non-Rangers
Kanoi Watanabe
Kiya Watanabe (aka Lothor)
Mentor Ji

And those are just from the seasons I know (I missed a lot of them). And that's not counting the copious non-Japanese Asians or Asians of unknown origin. Every season has had at least one Asian character in it.

It's a shame that instead of growing up with it's original audience, it just kept doing the same crap over and over. Now it's barely watchable it's just so cheesy. It's not as bad with Bandai but it's still pretty bad.

Is this a reboot of the original American series or something? A new boss who sounds like Zordon recruiting five high school teenagers (with attitude) from Alien invaders. Seems very similar.

It's an homage to Mighty Morphin', but it's based (loosely) off of Goseiger.

This is what they do in Japan. It's easier, and cheaper this way.
