I have recently reactivated my neon alley account after a few months of it being shut down, but as soon as I tried to open the app on my ps3 I got a message saying to close the app and reopen it again to correct the difficulties but no matter how many times I do this I keep getting the same message, does anyone know what's wrong and how I can fix it

Try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.
