Because it was a mistake on his part because of a confusing way on their part to redeem points. Seems reasonable to me.

No one is asking them to. He had a legitimate concern and they pretty much told him they weren't going to do anything for him. If he went and tried that with every order to get stuff out of them, then they would have a reason not to do anything for him and I would be on there side of things.

Just got a few sizable RightStuf orders delivered over the past few days. 
The only gripe I have is with the manga bundles I ordered (and it's a very minor gripe). The books weren't in order. No biggie, though.

[li]There's nothing on clearance, despite the link on the front page, and the sale banner leads to a 404
[li]The street dates listed on their new arrivals are back in 2010

How about http://www.salesmanb2b.com/? I've done a bit of research on it and it seems that they have not delivered things for some people, have some bootlegged stuff and rip art from DA. But the prices are really tempting and I really want some of the keychains, phonestraps, pins, etc because they have so much (that I haven't been able to find anywhere else). I have no intention of buying wallscrolls, printed items or figurines from them, but has anyone bought from here?
Also, how is Anime Wild with manga and wallscrolls?

I've done business with Rightstuf for over 10 years and I only got screwed once and it was my own fault-the rest of the time they went above and beyond the call of duty to make it right. As for RACS-no thanks-I don't care to support someone who jacks up the price of something into the stratosphere just because it just went oop. As for Amiami-I don't know cause' I've never delt with them.
