Superb news.
Hopefully these can get released in the UK as well.

That's exactly what I was thinking. They'll get released in the UK eventually (maybe MVM will get it since they already have Bakemonogatari?).

Maybe this set will be something that I can afford. I have a few Madmen DVDs that I have imported and I really like their products.

If they don't release an affordable BD of fate/zero in NA, then I'll import this version (so far didn't hear anything bad about their releases)

I have the feeling that Manga UK will hold the licence for Fate/Zero as they responded with "no comment" during their latest podcast, which probably means they will announce it in May.

I think Aniplex said they wouldn't resell Fate/Zero until it was sold out on Right Stuf (like they did with Garden of Sinners), which we don't seem to be near even after all this time. So if the UK could get the Blu-ray at some point with the English dub, I'll be a happy camper (it really pays to have a region-free player)!

It'd be sad if getting a region free player AND importing this release would still be cheaper than getting the series through Aniplex of America. There's just no way I can warrant paying almost $1000 to own an anime, even if it's one of my favorite anime.
