I was just wondering if the producers of the anime series plan on producing the chapters of the manga that happened between the chapters before the fillers started airing to the chapters in between the 2-3 year perioid Naruto was training with Ero-Sensei. Like the chapters that had Sai and the chapters that explained how Kakashi got his Sharigan eye. It seems like in the next season of Naruto, they're already past those chapters and it would suck for those who didn't read the manga.

Yeah, what? The manga went directly from the hunt for Sasuke (which has been animated), to the Kakashi Gaiden arc (which may or may not be skipped or made into some ancillary product), and the first true "post skip" arc in the manga was the Villiage of Sand arc (which introduced Sai), which by all indications will be in the anime.

I stopped watching Naruto after the episode where Naruto and Ino where sent to pretend to be this fat princess (who resembled Ino) to get this Elvis looking prince to fall in love with her. Did the anime introduce Sai and explain how some people can combine two elements to create a totally different power?

I don't think the anime has gotten to that point yet. It's still in filler. Naruto Shippuden doesn't start until Feb. 15th.

Could go either way. The Naruto manga currently has more leadtime on the anime than One Piece does, but One Piece has a 100 episode lead and neither series shows any signs of stopping anytime soon.

I doubt that anything you're asking will be animated, except possibly the Kakashi Gaiden. We'll see February 15.

Because the manga had already skipped and the animators had to make up the filler story along the way--it really doesn't have anything to do with Naruto and Jiraiya's training period. |

Personally, I think they should cut down this current filler arc that has to do with Garaa and the 4 ninja who are after the Shukaku. It resembles the beginning of Naruto Part 2, with Deidara and Sasori of Akatsuki going after the Shukaku that is inside Garaa. Not much has been said about the Kakashi Gaiden being animated, but I think it would be the perfect way to transition into Naruto Part 2.. Besides, it's only what like 5-6 chapters right? They could easily make that into 2-3 episodes, but I can only keep my fingers crossed and hope something like that would happen.

Then I will just cry all over again... But I don't know about using it as a transition, I'd rather just get right into part 2 ASAP. |

Kakashi Gaiden is not part of part 1 or part 2, it's a gaiden, an untold extra part of the story. We won't see it in the end of part 1, and we won't see it in the start of Shippuuden (the last and first episode titles are out, and it ain't Kakashi Gaiden). And if it's not going to be in the beginning, it's unlikely they'll stop the story in the middle to spend couple of episodes showing it. I think if we're lucky we might get it in between storyarcs, but I reckon we'll get it in flashbacks. Yeah, it sucks.

Actually, it's quite possible they could slip the Kakashi Gaiden in at any point when they feel like adding in filler.
