It could replace/integrate the defunct Neon Alley section.
As it is now, threads about Crunchyroll and other streaming services get placed in the general anime section but they are never really about the content of the anime involved. It's all about free passes, what is newly streaming on Netflix, how they're being run. To me, its all about the streaming Industry... even if you don't make as new section for streaming options and platforms you could argue that maybe they should be placed in the Retail section anyways. It's all about how consumers get their anime, rarely are they discussions of the anime content themselves. edit... Maybe combine it with "Broadcasts" to combine talk about what is available on Television and Cable On Demand |
