Why not? Most staffs in this project aren't full-time or even part-time in Satelight anyways. Few of them is committed to one studio so it is understandable. But that being said...do expect slight differences in the second season's animation. Whether that's good or bad...that's up to personal preferences, to be honest. |

Which just proves you didn't get as far into the show as you claim, because if you did you would've known that those episodes occur at the start of a war and there was a lot happening at the time. No-one who has actually seen the show would say that Log Horizon is simply a slice of life series. |

Yeah, you see, and this is what I hate about DEEN character designs. They don't know middle ground most of the time, and so obsessed with giant breasts it actually affect their work. |

WOW! I cant believe its DEEN. Looks like Ufotable is going to have to redo the 2nd season.
The only positive is "Database" is the opening song again, which is awesome. |

Same person, different 'character'. The first is Kanami's character as the leader of Debauchery Tea Party (her class was a swashbuckler) and the second is her alternate character which is the monk class. |

Hahaha, this anime series is now doomed to die.
DEEN taints anything they touch. Seriously, they can hardly make anything good. Ever. Oh, and apparently breast size increased on some characters immediately after DEEN got their hands on this. That is sooooo surprising.
Switching from any studio over to DEEN is about as much of an improvement to a series as the healing properties of festering meat rubbed in an open wound. |

As long as it doesn't pull a Gonzo's Blade & Soul or an Arms Corporation Wizard Barristers, I'm ok with that.
I liked the first season though, the art direction and everything. Plus DEEN has a collection of titles I like anyways... Kore wa Zombie desu Ka?, Sankarea, Umineko, Higurashi among others. Sorry haters. xD |
