It seems Toyoji Sawada (person#20034) has changed the kanji for their last name with the most recent Precure movie.

Former name: 沢田 豊二 (source: http://www.toei-anim.co.jp/tv/precure_MH/staff.html)
Current: 澤田 豊二 (source: http://www.precure-allstars.com/ the bottom credits footer on the page).

They might be totally separate people, but given similarities I'm leaning more towards a name change.

Yeah, I agree. Looks like he may have had a change in kanji at some point in the late 00's, but otherwise looks to be the same person doing the same kind of task (colorist) at the same company (Toei) since the 80's.
