Legally, VCRs are intended to be used as time-shifting devices. I.E. Record now, watch later. If you have a TV source and sub it in a single pass, you've still watched it once, which is all you're (legally) entitled to.. so you'll have a script, but not a video source you can legally watch it with. :p Heh. |

yeah thats why i said it was a grey area techically one could sub it as they watched it once ala DVD subber.
