Really not surprised by this news, in fact it was completely expected. With Manga UK in the shape that they are, it seemed obvious that Anime Limited would step up to the plate and nab this licence.

Probably a good thing, considering the way season 1 was released and the issues it had.

So SAO II is going to get the proper collector's edition treatment in the UK, complete with a box to hold every volume (à la Kill la Kill). Sounds like this release might be better than Aniplex USA's, apart from the lack of a soundtrack CD.
