This person has unambiguously been known as Takefumi Anzai for a while. There are unofficial sources that still indicate this as well:
http://www19.atwiki.jp/enshutsu/pages/334.html http://www.drillspin.com/person/view/ARDSAX309072 However, I noticed he is credited as Takebumi Anzai in NISA's Blu-ray release of A Lull in the Sea (which has hard translated ending credits). Then, searching his name found that he actually does spell his name that way with his Twitter and Facebook accounts. There is a chance he's using an unofficial handle that doesn't reflect the actual reading of his name (situations like that do pop up as with Yuu Yamashita), but seems unlikely with it being his full name, and showing on his Facebook.
