Do you mean something like How to Draw Yourself As a Manga Girl/Boy
or Transform Yourself as A Manga Cartoon?

Or are you looking for something different?

try the manga games on Rinmarugames.com , it's literally one of my favorite websites ever. I spend hours everyday creating different OCs
