I recently got the DVD. I was expecting Galaxy Express 999 + cats, but it's more of a slow paced drama that begs dissection. If that sounds like it appeals to you, by all means, it's fantastic, but if you were expecting something more fun and light hearted, it's not there. I certainly recommend it, just know what you're getting in to. I'm sort of debating if I think the blu-ray is worth it. The characters themselves are simplistic on purpose, so the blu-ray probably won't make them look much better, but the backgrounds are pretty amazing. Though they can be a tad dark at times, admittantly. |

I heard Apeggio of blue steel might be getting a US blu-ray release now
but still no information on a release date it seems I don't know why they are releasing so much crap on DVD if they can make a profit from it, that's great |

Sweet! Discotek is doing stuff on their Facebook page again! Starting with Lupin the III Series 2!!! Not sure if dub or sub or what, I really hope it has the dub though! Tony Oliver man!!!! I also hope that's not it for tonight, but this is still quite major!!
