I'm going to have to recommend Hunter X Hunter. It's from the guy who created Yu Yu Hakusho, and it has plenty of fights, training, and action. I really shouldn't need to describe it since mostly everyone here has already seen it. I watched it like 2 years ago and I forgot how good it was. When I rewatched it last week I blew through the whole series and OAV's (something like 90 episodes) in about 5 days. It's so addictive.

Tsunderes are my favourite moe character type, for a few reasons. Firstly they are usually, though not always, the smartest character in the show, so I tend to relate to them, rather than the, mostly, clueless male at the centre of the harem.
