I'm confused. The ANN article says previews but the site talks about series being updated? Can someone please explain?

It says "updated weekly," which just means they'll be uploading new chapters every week.

So what exactly is The Emperor and I? (i mean, besides "a short full-colour comic about a penguin," which I figured out on my own). I just read the two chapters currently available on the site, and they were adorable and fun, but I don't see any author credit anywhere and I'm very curious about where this thing came from.
