There are two well defined roles present, but one exception that I can see:
De:vadasy (OAV): Original Plan It is a mecha show, however there is someone else credited with the actual mecha designs. The credit in question is "原案：藤田一巳". This is a different spelling of Kazumi, but could be a typo. Wikipedia Japan credits 藤田一己 with this and links to the mecha designer's page. This show isn't mentioned on his page itself however. It is definitely not the colourist though, so I will split it in the mecha designer's favour. The colourist is now person#149184 |
