not a whole lot of discussion to be had here. characters from different shows, in different decades running with their arms flailing behind them is not any way noteworthy. I'd bet if you went further back, you'd see other characters running that way

Naruto was actually very inspired by Hunter x Hunter, as you can tell from some similarities in the Phantom Troupe and Akatsuki, Killua/Illumi and Sasuke/Itachi, and other things as well. I wouldn't say it's copying HxH though. It's just taking some inspiration. |
