Attempting to submit a number of new releases and am getting this or a similar error -
"UPC 816726021409 is not from a known distributor Please report this in the Encyclopedia forum" |

It means the distributor is either new, or there has been a significant enough change in the UPCs issued by an existing company that they are not recognised. In either case, once one has been entered manually by staff others from that publisher should work normally.
That particular one is done now: release#32603 |

Attempted to add the new Discotek DVD release of Lupin the 3rd: Operation Return the Treasure from Amazon, but it returns an error message:
"UPC 875707141093 is not from a known distributor Please report this in the Encyclopedia forum" Also Discotek BD release of School Days: "UPC 875707144025 is not from a known distributor Please report this in the Encyclopedia forum" Recently when I submit release links for Rightstuf, the same error repeatedly pops up: "This doesn't appear to be a valid page; could not find urlcode,refcode" |

I've added those two now.
The Right Stuf scraper has been broken for a while unfortunately, so if something is only available on TRSI I or another editor will have to add it manually. |
