Don't count on it to release overseas, you should probably just play the JP release.

I honestly doubt it, it's rather rare to be a mobile game go through the localization process without that being in mind from the onset.
If it did happen, then I would suspect it to be a while. I bet that it would sooner find itself on a console device before we see a localization.
