Puni Puni Poemi is a 'most notably'? Anime dazed

Are people actually looking forward to that? It gave me a headache trying to keep up with the subs. I can't imagine how much they had to mangle the dub version.

It's an Excel Saga spinoff, and Excel Saga was a rather popular release if memory serves. So naturally they'd try and get this one out on the forefront to capitalize on the success of that series.

Yeah. I have a friend who really likes Excel. And he kept bugging me to find Puni Puni Poemi for him for Xmas. Now, I can get it for him, if he doesn't find it first that is.

Also, I'm looking forward to Azumanga Daioh. I keep hearing good things about it, and would like to see if the hype lives up to the show.

Obviously no one has noticed, but ADV changed the spelling to 'Puni Puni Poemy'...WTF!?

Ok, granted it isn't important....but that is kind of the point. Why change an 'i' to 'y'?
