Oh, good, it looks pretty much like the older three TV series, only with shiny new digital ink-and-paint instead of cel animation.
I mean, I'm sure the animation will be noticeably better in subtle ways because of the possibilities of digital animation, but I didn't want the character designs and overall look of the show to be inconsistent with the previous three seasons, and that trailer puts my concerns completely at ease. |

I'm quite excited. Getting to see the old Slayers gang and having the same cast are perhaps the main reasons for me to watch this. Yay for Hikaru Midorikawa goodness!
Sidenote: Does anyone else think that the green mascot character on the group image looks a lot like Terriermon from Digimon? O__o |
