Ironically I just purchased this magazine a few minutes ago. Haven't had the chance to read it through all the way yet. It has several posters inside but the cover image of Gurren Lagann is depressingly pixalated. Fortunately the interiour images don't seem to suffer from that though.

12 posters?! O_O
Is this Megami or something?! Laughing

Anyways, I'll definatly go buy this tomorrow! I haven't bought an anime magazine since Newtype USA, so hopefully I'll like this one.

Thanks for the heads up ANN! Wink

What series are some of the posters?

If they're good series for posters, I'd buy this just for the posters. o_o

It's kind of funny though, that as soon as one magazine crumbles and dies, another one is sniffing around for interest.

Wow, I just finished a conversation on NewType USA and I turned around only to find this article on a possible new anime magazine...scary timing... Shocked

Anyway, I'm going to definitely give this one a read. I'm expecting good things, don't let me down. Wink

Well good luck to them. It's really REALLY hard for an US anime mag to compete with teh juggernaut that is the internet, esp when just about(if not far more) everything they talk about can be found online. Hope they do better than Hiremeki's AnimePlay mag >.>

The Bleach and Fullmetal Alchemist posters will do it for me. Very Happy I'll probably buy it, not only for the posters, but the content seems pretty good. And I'm dying for another anime magazine other than Anime Insider.

Voltron poster~ I'd buy it just for that if I wasn't already planning to anywho.

I'm sincerely hoping this turns out to be a good magazine and one that does well enough to get periodic releases. choices for anime magazines are getting a bit too thin for my tastes.

I'll buy it to see if it's any good. Otaku USA was well-written, but it bored me. No DVD is a turn-off, but hopefully the magazine will make up for it

Meh, only one of those I would be interested in. Anime hyper

Hmm, I'll see if my Wal-Mart has it when I'm at work tomorrow and check it out. Maybe I'll buy it out of my next check if it turns out to be interesting after a quick leaf-through (if I don't spend all my money on my SJ renewal, tutition fees, and clothes for work and cosplay XP).

12 posters! Sweet deal!

I care more about the writing and reviews. A DVD is a plus with a 9.99 price tag. Heck, 5 bucks says it's better than PiQ!
