Second! I want to know too because I thought Churuya was just a doujinshi character?
This is also my first time hearing about a Haruhi-chan gag 4-komas, does anyone have more information please?

Heh, nice!

I never expected a Churuya-chan anime, not even in a million years. It does make me happy, though; those comics are very amusing. I hope they're voiced!

I don't know about Churuya, but I picked up a copy of volume 1 of the Haruhi-chan manga at Kinokuniya, so that's an official product. I haven't really read much of it (since my knowledge of Japanese still needs quite a bit of work), but it seems to be a cute, adorable 4-koma manga that parodies the original Haruhi franchise.

On a side note:
