| I wonder if Suzumiya Haruhi 2 will air after Clannad After Story rather than this now? |

I was looking forward to this...oh well. Doesn't matter too much me.
I'm a million times more eager about Haruhi Suzumiya season 2. |

Its a Broadcasting Cancellation, or a cancellation refering to the anime production?
Thanks, I don't understand English very much! |

According to TBS Festa notice, it's referring to anime production. |

my guess is for broadcast because it just means TBS cancelled the airtime of it airing on TBS. besides it would be weird if it was for the anime production. but i think its broadcast only unless i get proven otherwise. also i agree about Haruhi or Clannad because i love both of those series and if they cancell this show for one of those i would be happy |

I'm curious as to what happened behind closed doors to cause this. Shame, it looked really interesting. Guess I'll hunt down the manga instead.
Can we have Haruhi 2 now please? |

| Must be something related to production, since it was to be released in 2009. They may be part way through production and something happened forcing the cancellation. If it wasnt too serious, it could be bought back in another year I would guess. |

Gonzo cancelled Murdock Scramble.
It was said to be their 15th anniversary show and headed by Range Murata, who had already done the character designs, but Gonzo stopped production.
This happened for at least a couple reasons. |

| Maybe they couldn't find enough sponsors to afford it. Even Japanese have their limits. |

Will people stop bringing up FMP? KyoAni does not want to do another season of FMP, period. Don't think that they're simply pushing back production in favor of something else, they simply are not going to do anymore FMP in the forseeable future. End of story. Reportedly it wasn't even well-liked in Japan, so don't get your hopes up for a different studio to do it. Besides, the series radically changed with the introduction of Amalgam. |
