Is this the Kimikiss series Tokyopop licensed? Nice to know it'll be 4 volumes long....

That's right. According to Amazon.com, Tokyopop will begin releasing Shinonome's Kimikiss ~various heroines~ manga on July 6, 2009. Although, since the fourth volume came out before the manga ended its magazine run in Japan, there will probably be one more volume to complete the collection.

So the girls it covered was Mao, Sakino, rich girl (can't remember name), and who else?

Is Hoshino gonna get the short end of the stick again? lol.

Taro Shinonome also did the excellent ero-manga "Swing-out Sisters" released by Icarus. So I imaginge that the art will be rather erotic at some points ww...

There's nothing to be disappointed about. It completed its run and covered all 5 main girls - 1. Mao, 2. Sakino (sports girl), 3. Shijou (rich girl), 4. Futami (smart girl), and 5. Hoshino - one for each volume.

Shinonome Tarou's Kimikiss is definitely the best one - the art borders ero manga. Not that it's full of borderline shots or panty shots, but the art-style it just like that. The "kiss" scenes tend to be very prolonged and "wet" and heavy. Overall it's very pretty and cute - I absolutely love this series.

I have been to manga shops in Hong Kong and all I have seen, at the moment, are volumes 1 and 2... not seen 3 and 4 yet...

If the manga has been ended abruptly does it mean that it has not reached a proper ending or does it mean that the manga has just concluded very quickly?
